Question by Reda: How agent get commission in auto car insurance?

i have assignment to do and i need your help please. my project about auto car insurance. my question is, what are steps that agent need to get commission? and how he get it.

1. Get licensed to sell insurance
2. Get appointed with an insurance company to sell their policies
3. Sell auto insurance policies
4. Wait two months, for the insurance company to mail you your commission check.
